MAKER ART Project

Maker Art project financed by regional funds ERDF Andalusia. Its main objective is to help the digital transformation of the cultural industry related to crafts, through design, collaborative processes and Maker culture in the sector. Such transformation proposes strategies such as the implementation of an exchange platform between designers, artists and artisans that includes individuals, SMEs, associations and public and private institutions. It also includes training in digital technologies for craftsmanship in process, product and new business models.

The project is somehow preliminar to RRREMAKER and has developed a platform of interchange of good practices where crafters, makers, designers, artistis and other stake holders can meet and raise joint projects.

Dr. Ana Garcia-Lopez coordinates this Maker Art project.
